As IT Director at Resolute Consulting Group, Peggy is responsible for any client requirements within IT. Prior to joining RCG in July of 2023, Peggy had worked for such notable companies as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Americas, Citigroup, CVR Energy, General Electric, General Motors, Hernandez Engineering, IBM Corporation, Kardia Health Systems, Whirlpool, Microsoft, and many more. The diversity of the industries Peggy has been able to work with has provided her with hands-on experience with the differences between, and the special requirements of, many different industries. This experience has allowed her to understand her customer’s Business and related security requirements, from a broader perspective. Peggy has worked innumerous areas within the Information Technologies field such as Service Desk, Programming, Database Administration, Networking, Infrastructure, Applications, and Management. This well-rounded knowledge has allowed Peggy to see “the whole picture” when troubleshooting problems and issues, allowing her to drive resolutions and fixes in an expeditious manner. Peggy has thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of the companies and positions she has held, but more importantly, the people she has had the pleasure to interact with. Peggy’s greatest joy comes from mentoring and assisting her employees and colleagues in their career journeys.
Pranav Patel is a distinguished Business Intelligence Director and Partner at Resolute Consulting Group. Celebrated for his prowess in orchestrating transformative outcomes through strategic analytics, data management, and solution architecture, Pranav’s 15-year career has consistently delivered impactful results in multiple industries. His expertise in enterprise analytics, cloud infrastructure, and crafting data-driven strategies is evident in fostering data-centric decision-making at the corporate level. He adeptly manages comprehensive enterprise analytics implementations, nurtures partnerships, and enables corporate analytics strategy. Pranav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mario has over 20 years of professional experience in trading, recruiting, analyst work, business development, and investing. He has had a career that encompasses both failure and success. From working on the exchange floors in Chicago and New York to being a bouncer at high-end clubs in New York and waiting tables at a fancy steakhouse in Chicago, Mario has learned that taking action is more important than talking. He believes in this philosophy and tries to instill it in the culture at RCG. Mario embraces his failures as his greatest education. He has never been more excited to be part of something than he is at RCG. Over the past 5 years, he has been a part of the company’s culture and growth. He is proud of the team at RCG, which is full of high-energy individuals with high moral standards. He is most happy with the relationships he has built both internally and externally with colleagues and clients. He believes that RCG has a great foundation for growth and impact.
Daniel is a high-impact, Analytics and Data Management Architect with extensive success in planning, directing, and delivering leading-edge analytical solutions and projects. He has a proven track record in all areas of oil and gas, steering the development, testing, implementation, and deployment/rollout of analytical solutions aligned with current Business Intelligence (BI) and enterprise architecture. With astute business acumen and expertise in IT and upstream operations, his decisive leadership in cross-matrixed teams has assessed client needs and systems capabilities resulting in increased efficiency and reduced overhead. He has also developed/audited KPIs and benchmarks for drilling & completion and E&P data management. Daniel has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
Eric is a results-driven and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in business consulting, specializing in supply and trading within the energy sector. Proven history of improving efficiency, increasing team member skills, and ensuring sustainable operational controls and processes. Eric has expertise in Risk Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, IT Infrastructure design, C/ETRM System Selection and Implementation, System Integration, Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Trading Best Practices in the energy and commodities industry.
Blake is a results-driven software systems expert with ten years of experience in project management and software design, development, deployment, and support. Proven track record of providing support and development for Dynamics 365 Business Central, custom-built software, and Allegro ETRM. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Darrin has 30 years of IT experience. He has provided IT support in a variety of locations including Iraq and Afghanistan. Proficiencies in customer service, Service Desk support, network and server support, satellite communication installation, IT planning and budgeting, and project management. Darrin also enjoys woodworking and baking in his spare time.
