Partnership

Most enterprise AI doesn’t run where the work actually happens.

For healthcare systems, financial institutions, critical infrastructure, government agencies, and regulated firms, AI has to run inside their own environment — or not at all. Kindo and RCG are partnering to make that possible.

The Challenge

Where enterprise AI stalls

Most enterprise AI runs in third-party cloud environments, where customer data is processed outside the systems the customer directly controls. For healthcare systems, financial institutions, critical infrastructure, government agencies, and regulated firms, that arrangement is a non-starter. Data can’t leave the environment, every action must be auditable, and the controls have to hold up under regulatory scrutiny.

So those organizations stall. They license AI platforms that go undeployed, because securely standing them up requires capabilities their teams don’t have. Security and IT leaders already know what they need. They don’t have the staff to also build the AI engineering, stand up deployment, and operate a new platform on top of everything else they already run.

Closing the Gap

Kindo and RCG are partnering to close that gap. The partnership combines Kindo’s execution platform with RCG’s operational depth, so customers don’t have to choose between governed AI and getting it actually deployed.

Two Halves of One Solution

Kindo

The AI execution layer

Kindo is the AI execution layer purpose-built for environments where AI traditionally can’t operate. It runs inside customer infrastructure. Audit trails, controls, and financial oversight are built into how it operates, rather than added afterward.

RCG

The team that deploys it

RCG is the team that deploys it. They’ve spent years embedded inside trading floors, credit risk operations, and regulated industries. They already manage the infrastructure, BI, and applications in those environments, which means they know how to introduce a new capability without disrupting the systems already in production.

In Their Words

Building governed AI for enterprise environments was our focus from the start. What we’ve learned is that the platform alone doesn’t close the gap. Customers also need a team that can deploy and operate it safely inside their infrastructure. RCG has that operational depth inside the trading floors, credit risk operations, and regulated industries our customers run. Partnering with them gives those customers a path to AI they haven’t had before.

Ron Williams, CEO & Founder, Kindo

Over the past year, RCG has maintained a strong focus on identifying the right partners, and Kindo has clearly distinguished itself through its vision, execution, and culture. RCG is ecstatic about the opportunity to deliver Kindo to our customers and to help support Kindo’s customers moving forward. Both teams share strong conviction that this collaboration will deliver significant value to our current and future customers.
